The prophet Isaiah declares:

This piece shows part of the life cycle of the sunflower. First the bud, then the full flower, then the full flower withers.
God’s word does not wither and fall, it will last forever. In the gospel of John, Jesus is called The Word. Jesus does not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
